Setup ran once: Claude (claude-opus-5-5, on Amazon Bedrock) read 5 of the samples and wrote the parser rules on the right. A person reviewed them against test fixtures before anything ran. Every one of the 10 documents was then read by those fixed rules alone, with no model call, which is why each took about 103 ms.
Measured on this demo's real run in production (Oct 9, 2026). The email dates are part of the fictional story; the processing figures are not.
